* Mahatma Spanish Rice,284g, 2 packages
* Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium
* *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium
* Carrots, raw, 1 medium
* Onions, raw, 1 medium
* Water, tap, 2 cup
* Shrimp, fozen ca 400 grams (1 bag out of the freezer section. medium to small sized shrimp, mostly labeled as "good for salad")
Add chopped veggies and water. Then add the two packs of rice. Boil up, cover and simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed and the rice is done.
Recommended spices: Garlic, Garlic Salt, Pepper, Curry, Cumin, Celery Seed
