Ingredients

    1.5 bananas
    3 eggs
    1 cup oat flour (ground my own oats)
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup carob chips
    1 cup brown sugar
    cinnamon

Directions

mix it all up, bake 350 for about 20 mins

Serving Size: 36 mini muffins
