Creamy Parmesan Chicken

Introduction

This is a staple in our house. Parmesan chicken made healthy! What could be better? This is a staple in our house. Parmesan chicken made healthy! What could be better?
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Chicken Breasts-4
    Plain Greek Yogurt-1 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated- .5 cup
    Garlic Powder- 1 tsp
    Salt- (to taste)

Tips

I like to make some buttered noodles to serve under the chicken. I also use the yogurt mixture to mix with cooked veggies. Very versatile!


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375. Combine Greek Yogurt, Parmesan Cheese, and Garlic Powder. Add salt to taste. Place Chicken Breasts in the pan and cover with Yogurt mixture. Bake for 45 minutes.
