Ingredients

    *Coconut Flour *Arowhead Mills Oat Bran *Egg *Almind Milk *Canned Pumpkin *Apple Sauce *Walnuts *Caramel Bits *Cinnamon *Pumpkin Spice *Sweetleaf Stevia *Baking Powder

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 325. Combine all dry ingredients and set aside. Blend all wet ingredients and then add half of the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and blend. Add remaining and blend until combined. Pour into muffin pan and bake for 15 min. Enjoy
