Introduction

Easy to make ahead, super customizable omelets for busy mornings. Easy to make ahead, super customizable omelets for busy mornings.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cp a& 2 tbsp Egg Beater Egg whites
    OR 3 tbsp per muffin
    6 slices of bacon, cooked extra crisp and crumbled
    1 slice per muffin
    1/2 cp. fresh broccholi, chopped
    1/4 cp. Fat Free Feta Cheese

Tips

This recipe is super customizable. Don't eat meat? You can substitute meat for other veggies. If you're serving breakfast for family have everyone make their own. You can really do anything with this.


Directions

Preheat the oven to 350.

Spray the 6 cup muffin pan evenly with non stick spray.

Crumble 1 slice on bacon into each cup.

Evenly distribute the broccoli and feta between all cups.

Add 3 tbsp Egg whites to each cup.

Bake for 15-20 minutes
