Ingredients

    1 lb shortening, cut into 5 c flour with 3 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking powder

    in a 1c measure, lightly beat 1 egg, add 1 tsp vinegar, then fill with cold water

    Mix into the dry ingredients and knead lightly into a ball. Let rest 15 mins before rolling out.

Serving Size: makes 4 9-10" single crusts (10 slices each)
