Ingredients

    12.5 oz chunk chicken
    1/2 cup celery, diced
    1 hard boiled egg
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp splenda
    1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
    6 tbsp reduced fat mayo

Directions

Add all ingrediants and chill. Serve with low carb or whole wheat tortilla or some Kashi Crackers.
