Classic Vegetable soup

Ingredients

    1-16 oz. bag, Birdseye classic vegetables
    1-12 oz. bag, Kroger mixed vegetables
    1-15 oz can, Dark red Kidney beans, no salt
    1-15 oz. can, white kidney beans
    2-15 oz. cans, Del Monte diced tomatoes, no salt
    2 cups, onions, chopped
    1 cup, celery, chopped
    1 cup, carrots, chopped
    2 tbsp, Basil
    1 tsp, oregano

Directions

Add all frozen and chopped ingredients along with basil and oregano to 5 quart pressure cooker. Bring to pressure (15 lbs.) and cook for 6 minutes. Coll immediately. Add beans and tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes. Enjoy! Add more or less seasoning to taste.
