Gourmet Hamburgers

Ingredients

    1lb extra lean ground beef
    2 tsp olive oil
    1 T olive oil
    1/2 Cup chopped onion
    4 T bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp chopped dill pickle or dill relish
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 T butter
    1 T red wine vinegar
    1/3 Cup Sour Cream
    2 T parsley

Directions

Put meat in mixing bowl. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a small skillet amd add half the onions. Cook, stirring until wilted. Cool briefly. Add cooked onion to meat mixture. Add breadcrumbs, pickle, garlic, sal & pepper. Blend thoroughly with hands. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, 1 inch thick. Heat remaining 1 T oil in skillet. When hot add patties. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until browned on oneside. Then turn and cook until done. Pour off fat from skillet and add butter. Melt and then add onions til wilted, add vinegar, cook 45 seconds. Stir in sour cream. Heat and then pour over patties. Sprinkle with parsley
