Clean Eating Chicken Curry

Ingredients

    4 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
    1 28-oz can diced tomatoes
    2 onions, chopped
    1 T each: chili powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala
    1 tsp olive oil

Tips

Substitute garbanzo beans for chicken if desired.


Directions

Sauté the onions in olive oil till soft, then add everything else and warm through. Serve with steamed veggies and/or rice or quinoa.
