Ingredients

    *Kraft 2% milk grated Mexican cheese blend, 0.25 cup Iceberg Lettuce (salad), .25 cup, shredded or chopped
    Ground beef, extra lean, 1 oz
    Huntís Chili Beans, 0.25 cup
    Fritos Corn Chips (1 oz), .5 serving
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 0.8 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    *green onion (fresh), 0.1 cup
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Cook ground beef in skillet until done. Add seasonings as desired. When done, add chili beans and heat until hot. Meanwhile, shred the lettuce, chop the green onion and tomato.

To assemble: Crush Fritos lightly and add to plate. Put beef and bean mixture on top of Fritos. Add lettuce, tomato and green onion on top of that. Top with cheese. Optional toppings: Salsa, sour cream, taco sauce, etc.
