Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin (100% pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling)
    1/4 cup plain, nonfat, greek yogurt
    1/4 of a small banana, frozen
    1 tbsp pure maple syrup
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp ground ginger
    pinch ground nutmeg
    pinch ground clove
    pinch allspice
    1/2 scoop pure whey protein, no flavors or sweeteners

Tips

i'm sure you could replace the individual spices with an equivalent amount of pumpkin pie spice if you have that on hand.


Directions

place all ingredients into blender. whir til smooth.
