My Green Monster Smoothie

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 cucumber
    2 apples, cored with peel
    2 stalks celery
    juice of 1 lime
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 frozen banana
    1 cup VANILLA greek yogurt, Dannon fit and light
    1/2 cup almond milk
    2 big handfuls of spinach
    1 big handful kale
    4 baby carrots

Tips

Make sure to use vanilla greek yogurt. It adds more flavor. You can also add more fruit to make it sweeter or 2 Tbls of peanut butter for more protein.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Serve and enjoy!
