Protein Pancakes

Introduction

Protein Breakfast Protein Breakfast
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Better Tasting:
    6 oz plain green yogurt
    1 large egg white
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup (about 2/3 scoop) vanilla whey protein powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp vanilla extract or
    you can add strawberries.

    Mix dry ingredients (protein powder, flour & baking soda) with fork. (Mix well)
    In another bowl combine wet ingredients (egg, yogurt).

    Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
    I add peanut butter with slices of bananas for a great protein breakfast.
