Spinach Lasagna with no modifications

Ingredients

    2 eggs beaten
    1.25 cups of spinach chopped thawed and drained
    2 cups of small curd cottage cheese
    2 cups finely shredded cheese mozzarella
    2 cups Ragu or prego(tomato, onion, & garlic)
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
    Barilla oven-ready lasagne noodles (6)
    9x13 in pan lightly greased.

Directions

Filling: Combine eggs, ricotta or cottage cheese, spinach & ¼ cup of parmesan cheese and mix it well then set aside.
3. Start compiling your lasagna with 1 cup of spaghetti sauce
- then lay down a layer of the lasagna noodles
- then scoop spinach filling and spread out over the noodles
- then sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over the filling (use as much as you want but remember you have more layers to go)
- repeat…..this should be enough to do 3 layers when you get to the last layer sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of parmesan cheese over the top.
Cover the dish with a sheet of aluminum foil but be sure it is not touching the top layer so that it does not stick. Bake in the oven at 350 for 1 hour. Let your dish stand for 10 mins before serving.
