Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    Oat Flour, 120 grams
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 10 grams
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Splenda, 5 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Almonds, 0.5 cup, sliced

Tips

You can add other kinds of nuts, as topping or even into the muffin. You can also add some fruits.


Directions

Mix all the ingredients (except for the almonds) together using a blender.

Put the mix into a muffin pan.

Sprinkle muffins with almonds.

Put into the oven at about 200C until you see its done.

Serving Size: Makes 12 small muffins
