Slow Cooker Cabbage Soup

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)
    Green Beans, Canned, Premium cut green beans
    *Potato, raw, 3 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
    3 medium sliced Carrots
    2 tsp Garlic, minced
    2 tbsp Chopped Onion
    4 sachets Knorr OXO Chicken Bouillon
    4 cup Water, tap, (8 fl oz)
    1 540 ml canStewed Tomatoes Chili Style
    1 spear Broccoli, fresh,
    4 oz Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless,

Tips

Freeze portions if you wish, to heat up later!


Directions

brown chopped onion and diced chicken, add to slow cooker, add chopped cabbage, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, beans, tomatoes, and garlic
Mix oxo with 4 cups boiled water, add to vegies.
cook on high 4-5 hours or until it looks ready
Add whatever spices you wish, salt pepper to taste.
