Introduction

Make this delicious soup in the crockpot. Make this delicious soup in the crockpot.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 64 oz bottle of V8 juice (can also use the lower sodium version, but this recipe has the regular version)

    1 bag Pictsweet Vegetables for soup (any frozen vegies will do!)

    1 lb stew beef

    4 Beef Boullion Cubes

    1 can cream style corn (low sodium)




Directions

Put all ingredients into the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 16 one-cup servings
