Taco Soup

Ingredients

    Ground beef, 1 pound
    RoTel Mexican Fesival Diced Tomatoes with Lime Juice & Cilanatro, 2.5 serving (1 can)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, diced in tomato juice, 3.5 cup (1 large can)
    Beans, black, 3.5 cup (2 cans)
    Green Chili Peppers Diced, 14 tbsp (1 large can)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels
    *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 12 tsp (1 packet)

Directions

Brown hamburger in skillet, drain , rinse and put back in skillet. Add taco seasoning and green chili's, let simmer for about 5 minutes. In soup pot or crock pot, add all other ingredients. Add hamburger mixture and let simmer for about 45 minutes.

Can be served with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips if you like!
