Ingredients

    Zucchini
    Bell Pepper - Red or Purple
    Spinach
    Onion
    Garlic
    Tomato
    Eggs
    Braggs
    Olive Oil
    Cilantro
    Avocado

Directions

Cook veggies and Braggs in a pan with olive oil, add eggs and cook to your liking. I like to add tomato last and cilantro then I top it all off with fresh avocado
