5 Medium Roma Tomatoes, diced
3 Jalapeno Peppers, diced
1/2 Large White or Sweet Onion, diced
1/2 Cup Cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Salt to taste
Dice Jalapeno Peppers, leave in seeds for more heat.
Chop Cilantro - more or less to taste.
Add juice of 1/2 Lime.
Salt to taste - remember your chips will have salt too - so less is ok!
Mix again - serve - or chill and serve!
