Lasagna

Ingredients

    6 pcs. Hodsgon Mill Lasagna Noodles
    1/2 lb 4% ground beef
    2.5 c spaghetti sauce
    2 c low fat ricotta
    1 c mozzarella

Directions

Cook noodles according to package. Brown beef; add sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Spread a layer of meat sauce on bottom of square baking dish and put 3 noodles on lengthwise. Spread half the ricotta cheese on the noodles, then put 1/3 of mozzarella. Cover with sauce, then 3 more noodles. Put rest of ricotta on, 1/3 of the mozzarella, and more sauce. Put last layer of noodles, top with remaining sauce and remaining mozzarella. Cover with tin foil. Cook for 30 minutes at 375F. Remove foil, cook 5 minutes. Serves 4.
