    Beef chuck roast
    Burgundy Cooking Wine

Directions

salt and pepper roast on both sides and sear in a skillet on high heat. put in baking pan with cooking wine, and season to taste. bake in oven on 325 for 45 minutes. let sit in the oven for an additional 15 minutes with the heat off.

cut into 4 oz servings. should serve 7
