Chicken Brunswick Stew

Introduction

Great fall supper with lots of veggies and no added fat. Great fall supper with lots of veggies and no added fat.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
    1 cup sliced carrots
    1 cup sliced potato or sweet potato
    1 cup sliced celery
    1 cup onion cut into slivers
    2 cups frozen corn
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    1 qt vegetable broth
    2 bay leaves
    2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Put in crock pot
    Cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours.

Tips

I use homemade broth and vegetables from my garden when possible. No added fat or salt except for the worcestershire sauce.


Directions

Put in crockpot and let it go.

Serving Size: Makes 8 2 cup servings
