yummy, high fiber, lo sugar..nice and dense yummy, high fiber, lo sugar..nice and dense
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups High Fiber flour blend (King Arthur)
    1.5 cups yellow cornmeal
    .5 cup granulated Splenda
    .5 teaspoons salt
    5 teaspoons baking powder
    .5 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 cups skim milk
    2 large eggs
    4 Tablespoons melted butter

Tips

This is nice and dense.


Directions

mix dry ingredients well, add milk, 2 eggs (not beaten), and melted butter. FOLD in with rubber spatula..it should be slightly lumpy. pour into "Pammed" 13 x 9 pan, bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.
