Ingredients

    1 whole chicken diced
    1/3cup mayo
    tablespoon curry powder
    1 tablespoon lemon juice or to your taste
    I can of cream of chicken soup

Tips

serve with rice or steamed vegetables

Directions

heat all ingredients on low heat on the stove, mixed together.
Place chicken in casserole dish pour sauce over top and baked until warmed right through.
Can add cheese to the top before baking but that adds another 90 calories for the whole dish .Cheese, 2% Milk, Sharp Cheddar grated cheese, 1/4 cup
