Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

    3 lb Chicken breast
    1/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1 tsp fresh ginger
    5 cloves garlic


    2 Tbsp tapioca starch

Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
About 1 hour before serving, add tapioca starch to thicken the sauce.
Serve by the half cup over rice, with steamed veggies, or however you prefer.
