Devil's Chicken

Ingredients

    4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
    1/2 Cup Soy Sauce (Low Sodium)
    1/4 Cup Olive Oil
    2 TBSP Mustard
    1 TBSP Tabasco

Tips

For less cooking time, cut the meat into small pieces and marinate it for 30 mins and then cook on the stove for 20 mins.


Directions

Add all ingredients to a crock pot. Cook on high for 2 hours then shred the meat with two forks. Cook another hour or longer until meat is at desired tenderness. Serve over rice or quinoa.
