"Pasta" and beef

Introduction

Gluten/dairy free "pasta" using veggies
Gluten/dairy free "pasta" using veggies

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 large daikon
    2 zucchini
    1 carrot
    1 lg sweet potato
    8 oz extra lean ground beef
    -----
    spiral cut ALL THE THINGS! Or, mandoline them. Just want shoestrings for "pasta".
    -- Sautee in batches, use olive oil as a starter!
    1. Beef; add sweet potato, add water if needed to soften. (5-10 min); remove to a bowl
    2. carrot and daikon, add water if needed, 5 minutes, add zucchini, add a little water to steam, cook 3 minutes.
    3 BONUS! Remove cooked veggies to a bowl, sautee some mushrooms for extra deliciousness

    top with avocado "cream" sauce (to follow)

THIS WILL GO A LOT FASTER IF YOU HAVE A SPIRAL SLICER.
