    banana mashed 1 cup
    vegetable oil 1/2 cup
    sugar 1 cup
    flour 1 1/2 cup
    salt 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract 1/4 tsp
    baking powder 1/2 tsp
    baking soda 1 tsp
    hot water 1 Tbls.


mix ingredients together in order listed. spray bread pan. put mixture in bread pan.

bake 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. for muffins bake 350 for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 12 pieces in 9 inch bread pan
