Rusty's Blackened Salmon Fillets

Ingredients

    2 4 oz. salmon fillets
    1/2 cup Italian dressing
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

Marinate fillets in dressing for 1 hour. Carmelize onions in an iron skillet on top of a grill. Season fillets with Old Bay Seasoning and cook in skillet for 4 min. on each side or until fillets flake easily with a fork. Makes 2 servings.
