Turkey Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients

    2 large baking potatoes, baked and cooled
    2/3 cup plain low fat yogurt
    2/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp dried dill weed
    2 cups cubed cooked turkey
    Paprika

Directions

1. cut each potato in half and scoop out centers, leaving 1/4" shell
2. Place potatoes and remaining ingredients except turkey and paprika in a bowl
3. Preheat oven to 350
4. Fill potato shells with mixture. Sprinkle tops with paprika. Place in a baking dish.
5. bake 25-30 min or until lightly browned on top
