Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Kale, 6 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Parsley, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup
    Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Salsa, .25 cup

Directions

Remove stems from kale & parlsey & chop put in food processor, add rest of ingredients except for salsa, put in loaf pan & Put Salsa on top & bake at 350 until loaf reaches temperature of 160
