Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb Lean ground beef
    1 lb ground pork
    2 cups sliced and rough chopped mushrooms
    1 egg
    1 cup shredded fresh parmesan cheese
    5 garlic cloves chopped
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 c. chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
    1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    dash of salt

Tips

If you like a kick, add 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes.

Directions

Cook ground beef and ground pork till no longer pink. Drain off excess fat. Place ground meat into crock pot set on low. Slice and chop mushrooms. Add to crock pot. Chop garlic and parsley, add to crock pot. Stir. Add egg, cheese, white wine, parsley, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Stir again, mixing well. Cover and let sit in crock pot on low 1.5-2 hours.
