Mel's Low-fat Smoothie




Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    I medium Banana
    1.5 cups frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
    1.5 cups non fat milk
    1 dry scoop of Slim fast (I use vanilla)

Tips

You must use frozen strawberries to get the cold smoothie. If you use fresh it just wont be .Just add few ice cubes into the ingredients. May change fruits just remember to change caloric info


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender( I have a 1200 watt Ninja...Love it) and blend to your consistency. Pour into glass. Enjoy :)
