Spinach and artichoke pizza

Ingredients

    Crust
    8 oz room temp cream cheese
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2 eggs

    Topping
    1 tbl pesto
    1 cup shredded mozz
    1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts
    1/2 cup sauteed spinach

Tips

Crust sticks to pan a little even with the cooking spray.


Directions

Combine all crust ingredients with a hand mixer. Spray 9x13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Pour crust mixture into pan. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Spread crust with pesto and add toppings. Cook until cheese is melted.
