Introduction

this is my great grandma's recipe she made for my grandma. It has been passed down, made for my grandma and mom. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    crust:
    2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 of a stick of butter or margarine (melt)
    1/4 cup of sugar
    put into 13 x 9 cake pan

    filling:
    8 oz of cream cheese
    5 eggs
    1 cup of sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
    mix together then add to the crust
    bake at 300 degrees for 1 hours, then let it cool

    topping:
    1 pint of sour cream
    4 tablespoon of sugar
    1 teaspoon of vanilla
    pour on top of cooled cheese cake
    then bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

Directions

bake the crust and filling at 300 degrees for 1 hour, then let it cool while you make the topping.
after you finish the topping and the cake is cooled, pour the topping on the cake and bake it at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
