Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups almond milk (the 30 calorie unsweet kind)
    2 cups fresh spinach
    1/2 inch of fresh pealed ginger root
    1 banana
    2 pears (I used bartlet because they were on sale!)
    1 teaspoon each cinnamon and cardamom

Directions

blend almond milk and spinach first! until creamed then add other ingredients and blend until most chunks are gone.

Serving Size: makes 2.5 16 oz servings
