Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients

    Butternut Squash, 907 grams/2 lbs cubed
    Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed
    Olive Oil, 6 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves diced

Directions

Mix squash, onion & garlic together in large bowl. Mix olive oil & brown sugar in small separate bowl & pour over squash. Mix to coat everything. Spread on baking sheet & roast in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 min. or until squash are tender. Stir occasionally.
