Introduction

serve over noodles, rice or spagetti squash serve over noodles, rice or spagetti squash

Ingredients

    Beef cut in strips
    Fresh veggie-carrots or broccoli (whatever is in the fridge)
    mushrooms
    sauce made of brown sugar, beef broth, garlic and soya sauce.

    Serve over rice, noodles or spagetti squash.

Tips

add veggies later if you prefer firmer vegtables. Can use broccoli instead of carrots.


Directions

Place all ingredients in slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours
