Salsa Burgers

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs. Perdue Fresh Ground Turkey
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. prepared salsa
    lettuce leaves (optional)
    Hamburger Buns

Directions

Preheat broiler or grill. In medium bowl, combine ground turkey, cheese, and salsa until blended. Shape into 8 burgers. Broil or grill until done. Serve burgers with lettuce and, if desired, additional salsa on buns.

We topped burger with just Ranch dressing.
