Ingredients

    1 English Muffin sliced
    1 Can Tuna, canned in water
    1 tbsp light mayonnaise
    1 tsp dijon or spicy mustard
    1/4 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    2 slices tomato

Directions

Preheat oven or toaster over to 375 degrees.
Drain tuna and mix with mayo and mustard.
Toast english muffin
Top english muffin halves with tuna mixture, tomato and cheese.
Place in oven for 8-10 minutes.
