Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    12 - Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
    1 10.5 oz can - 98% fat free Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 10.5 oz can - 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
    16 oz - Fat Free Sour Cream
    6 slices - Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon
    6 slices - Armour Sliced Dried Beef (cut each in 1/2)
    Black pepper to taste
    one soup can of water

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

1.)Cut bacon strips in half.
2.)Mix soups, water, and sour cream together
3.)pound each chicken strip flat
4.)pepper each chicken strip
5.)take one strip and place one slice of pressed beef on top.
6.)roll up
7.)wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon - secure with toothpick if needed
8.)place in casserole dish
9.)repeat steps 5-8 until all strips are wrapped
10.)pour sauce over chicken
11.)cover casserole dish with foil
12.)bake covered for 30 minutes
13.)uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
14.)server over brown rice or pasta

Makes 5 servings
Each serving is 1 cup of sauce and 2 of the chicken rolls.
