Introduction

Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    15 oz Black Beans
    15 oz kidney beans
    30 oz pinto beans
    Ground Beef Pan Browned 12 oz
    1 large onion chopped
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 pkgs chili seasoning mix
    1T garlic powder
    1t ground cumin
    .5t *Ground Cayanne Pepper
    1t black pepper
    1.5cups water

Directions

Brown ground beef ina non stick skillet and drain well. with the slightest oil in the skillet left from the browning of the beef add chopped onion and cook till just slightly browning about 4 minutes. Add beef, onion and all the rest of the ingredients to the crock pot and set on high for as little as 2.5 hours on high but the longer it cooks the better so if you set it on low for as many hours as you like it will be delicious and a bit thicker.
