Ingredients

    1 Packet McCormick Cream of Potato Soup Mix
    2 White Potatoes, diced
    3 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
    1 tbsp Earth Balance Buttery Spread

Tips

Add corn for a chowder!


Directions

Wash and dice potatoes. Put everything in a medium sauce pan and cook on low heat for around 30 minutes, until taters are tender. Yum!
