Introduction

Healthy breakfast or small meal. This is a filling smoothie because it has a lot of protein and some healthy fats. Easy to take on the go! Healthy breakfast or small meal. This is a filling smoothie because it has a lot of protein and some healthy fats. Easy to take on the go!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1-1.5 cups iced green tea (water, milk, dairy free milk work too)
    3 cups of spinach
    mint (optional, I use 3-4 stems)
    1/2 coconut cream
    1 cup non fat greek yogurt
    1 banana, frozen in chunks
    1 cup pineapple, frozen in chunks
    1 cup mango, fresh or frozen in chunks
    stevia or zero calorie sweetener (or honey, agave, etc.) of choice, optional

Directions

Place items in high powered blender in order listed and blend on high until you get consistency of your choosing.



Serving Size: Makes 2 20 oz drinks
