I like to blend it up in a food processor, but it is really good and hearty when served chunky. This dish is easy, clean, vegan, and extremely low calorie! Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 cups Organic Diced Tomatoes
    10 Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    1 tbsp Vegan Butter
    1 can Organic Tomato Paste
    1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
    2 cups Organic Soy Milk
    2 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

Place your tomatoes, basil and pepper into the crock pot.
Whisk the milk and flour together and pour over tomatoes into crock pot.
Put the rest of the items into the crock pot and stir thoroughly.
Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.
Serve hot or for creamy tomato soup, put into a blender or food processor before serving.
