Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 medium frozen banana, 1/4 cup chilled 100%pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup crushed ice, 1/2 cup Almond Breeze almond milk (unsweetened vanilla), 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, 3 oz. Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, 1.5 Tbsp. Agave Nectar or honey

Directions

Freeze banana and chill pumpkin puree ahead of time. Combine all items in a blender or cup blender. Pulse Blend until well incorporated and smooth. May double recipe for larger blender.

Serving Size: 1 individual smoothie... aprox. 12 oz.
