Naked Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Boneless Breast Chicken Tenderloin, 6 oz
    **Mixed Vegetable Blend Frozen, 2 cup
    *Great Value Plain Panko Bread Crumbs(1/2cup 28g), 56 gram(s)
    *Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1.25 cup

    Makes 5 - 1 cup servings. you can even double the serving size and still stay in your calorie limits

Directions

boil chicken until done
pour soup, veggies, water, and 1/2 cup of panko in medium casserole pan
pull cooked chicken apart or cut into cubes and stir all ingredients together in casserole pan.
Pour the remaining 1/2 cup of panko on the top and bake on 375 until the panko turns golden brown and the pot pie is bubbling. Enjoy!
