Sausage Soup

Ingredients

    1 lb Sausage
    3 Med. Peppers cut into 1/4 inch strips
    1 28oz can tomatoes
    2 c. gluten free noodles
    1 med. onion chopped
    2 cups chicken broth

Tips

Can also be done in a crockpot on low for 4 hours on low.


Directions

Brown sausage.
Add onion and peppers and simmer until cooked.
Cook noodles according to directions.
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
